We have high standards for each and every one of the Shore Modular Homes we build for our clients and we are confident they will meet or exceed your expectations. The list below is the Standard Specifications for all our prefab shore homes that are to be built at the Shore and/or on pilings.  Upgraded Specifications are required or added in by Phoenix Custom Modular Homes for these applications. Just about any of these specifications can be customized, give us a call to discuss your particular needs.

INTERIOR

  • 8 Foot ceiling height
  • Smooth 1/2” drywall throughout all rooms (including closets)
  • Smooth 5/8” drywall ceilings throughout
  • Painted drywall walls and ceiling (one coat paint quality primer)

*We install HVAC on site because we calculate out every room size, how many windows, which way the home is facing, R-Value of insulations and how far away from the furnace each room is to be sure that every location in your home is heated or cooled consistently.  This can only be done on site and we take HVAC very seriously.  It is your homes life blood!
